Thank you for choosing Castle to Coast Tours the trading name for Amawell Leisure Limited for your walking holiday adventure.

Please read these Terms and Booking Conditions carefully, as they form the foundation of your contract with us.

By making a booking, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.

Modification or Cancellation by Us: Castle to Coast Tours endeavours to operate all tours as advertised. However, we reserve the right to modify or cancel any tour up to four weeks before the start date due to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation by us, you will receive a full refund of all monies paid. However, we will not be liable for additional costs you may have incurred in preparation for the tour, such as flights or other travel arrangements.

If cancellation or modifications are made due to “force majeure” events (e.g., severe weather, political unrest, natural disasters), no compensation beyond the refund of tour payments will be offered.

Travel Insurance: It is mandatory for all participants to have adequate travel insurance that covers cancellations, personal accidents, illness, loss of possessions, and any medical costs that may occur during the tour.4.2 Castle to Coast Tours does not review insurance policies for suitability, but we reserve the right to request proof of insurance prior to the tour.

Liability of Castle to Coast Tours: We take every care to ensure that your holiday runs smoothly. However, we cannot be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the trip, except where such loss or damage is due to our own negligence. You accept responsibility for ensuring that you are suitably fit and healthy to participate in the chosen tour. We cannot be held responsible for any injuries sustained due to personal health conditions.

Our website provides descriptions of all tours, including itineraries and services and we reserve the right to make changes as needed, provided customers are informed prior to booking. Any images you share with us during your tour may be used for promotional purposes without charge, unless explicitly stated otherwise by you.

All participants are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not disrupt the experience for others. Castle to Coast Tours reserves the right to terminate your participation without refund if behaviour is deemed inappropriate or dangerous.

Customer Cancellation or Modification:

If you wish to modify your walking tour, an administration fee of £50 per booking plus any additional costs will be charged. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss changes.

Modifications are not possible within 4 weeks of the tour start date.

For cancellations by customers, the following charges apply:

More than 4 weeks before start date: 50% of the coast is payable .

Less than 4 weeks before start date: 100% of the tour cost is payable.
